aFe's Takeda catback exhaust system is made entirely of 304 stainless steel that is 100% MIG welded for lasting durability against race tracks and highways. The system is finished in a metallic black powder coat to protect it from corrosion over time. A high-flow transverse muffler provides maximum exhaust flow and incorporates a factory-style exhaust valve to control the exhaust note. The valve utilizes the stock factory valve motor and factory performance modes for your convenience. It's designed to regulate, direct and control the flow of exhaust gases by controlling the obstruction of passageways depending on the throttle position. When the valve is closed, it produces a smooth, tuned exhaust note, and while it's open, it unleashes the aggressive sound and maximum performance of your car. The included tips feature clamps for adjustability and a perfect fit. Each tip features a laser etched Takeda logo for a custom look.

Not only does this system look great, it gives you gains up to +11 horsepower and +15 pounds/feet of torque. For easy installation, this exhaust comes with stainless steel hardware and features a bolt-on design.

Tech Tip: An optional muffler delete pipe kit (P/N: 49M00035) and resonator delete pipe kit (P/N: 4936622) are both available for purchase separately should you want a more aggressive exhaust tone.

Please Note: The Focus RS factory/OEM exhaust system must be cut in order to be removed.
