Baer Brakes Extreme+ Rear Brake System with Silver Calipers/Parking Brake 10/12 C-Clip Axle GM Engine

Whether you got a 10 or 12-Bolt C-clip axle, this rear brake system from Baer Brakes is a great fit for your GM engine (4302252S). This system equips drivers with a parking brake and 2618 forged aluminum calipers that are powder-coated silver. Six pistons lie inside the calipers, each built from stainless steel into varying staggered sizes. This minimizes wear in the long term while the drilled and slotted surface of the two-piece rotors excel at dissipating heat. Despite the supplied rotors being 14” in size, the calipers work with any rotor that has a 13-1/2” to 16” diameter.

To ease installation, the system contains Verislide self-centering brackets specially made for C-clip axles. You’ll even enjoy blissfully quiet braking since it uses noise suppression springs. Neither will dust and other outside elements find their way inside thanks to the DOT-compliant seals. Plus, for extra durability, the rotors use a zinc-plated finish and have 6061 T-6 aluminum hats bolted on. For the finishing touch, the included set of aluminum hubs are pre-assembled with bearings, studs, and packed with Redline synthetic grease.
