This kit (4302577R) converts your 1988-1998 Chevy C/K truck's rear drum brakes to modern disc brakes with single-piston calipers. It works on trucks with 10" rear drum brakes with C-clips. It fits some 15" and most 16" or larger wheels, including everything needed for installation.
