As crankcase pressure is vented through your PCV valve into the intake, oil vapor tends to collect, ultimately coating the inside of your intake manifold. After coating your intake valves, the oil vapor burns in your combustion chamber, creating carbon buildup. Excess oil in the combustion chamber can even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. Although this is a problem with all engines, it is especially prevalent among modern high-compression, high RPM engines.

That's where BBK's Passenger Side Oil Separator Kit comes in. Factory-style PCV hoses and connectors allow a simple plug-and-play installation without the need for special tools. Once installed, the high-efficiency, multi-stage filter system traps the fine oil vapor droplets, depositing them into a removable bottom. The knurled base can be removed effortlessly to drain the captured oil. This means that only clean, oil-free air can pass into the intake. The oil separator ensures that your oil stays where it belongs, and the included O-ring seal will prevent any leaks from occurring.
