The kiln-dried wood creates dimensional stability, and the proprietary groove ensures a tight, precise fit inside the bed. The wood has also been chamfered and precision-milled to 3/4-inch for a finish that is uniform in thickness. 

This kit contains the pine BedWood, steel bed strips and steel zinc coated hardware all in one complete package. You'll also receive two ounces of touch-up clear finish for sealing holes in case you do any drilling.
