This Borgeson (800132) 12.7:1 Ratio Street and Performance Power Steering Box is an all new modern quick ratio power steering box designed to replace the Saginaw/Delphi 800 Series in classic 68-86 C10s! This aftermarket power steering box has a 12.7:1 ratio with a firm and modern steering feel, and it bolts directly to the stock location.
Specifications:
Input Shaft: 3/4"-30 Spline
Pitman Shaft: 1-1/4" GM with 32 Splines and 4 Master Splines
Pressure Port: M18 X 1.5 O-Ring or 11/16"-18 Flare, if using included flare inserts
Return Port: M16 X 1.5 O-Ring or 5/8"-18 Flare, if using included flare inserts
Maximum Pressure: 1450 PSI Maximum Operating Pressure, 1100-1250 Optimal
Flow Rate: 2.5-3.0 GPM Flow Rate Recommended
*Trucks switching from manual steering will require a power steering pitman arm.
*All pre-1977 trucks will require a new rag joint connector #990012.
