Scott Drake Battery Hold Down Bolt Kit Includes:
- Pair of J-Bolts
- Pair of Flanged Mounting Nuts
To install your new battery hold down bolt kit you must first take the battery clamp off of the battery by loosening the nuts from the old bolts. Once the clamp is removed with the existing bolts and nuts, you can then thread off the old nuts and remove the bolts from the clamp. Take CJ Classic Trucks' new j-bolts and insert them into the clamp and thread on the supplied flange nuts. Place the battery clamp back on top of the battery and hook the j-bolts into the holes of the battery tray. Once everything is in position, tighten the nuts down to spec and you're finished!
