This OEM-Style Front Sump Oil Pan Kit replaces your Mustang’s original one with improved manufacturing qualities and a more durable build. The kit comes with an oil pan gasket, a new oil pan, an oil pump pickup, a magnetic oil drain plug, and your choice of either an oil pan bolt set or an oil pan stud kit. Direct-Fit and designed for Mustangs with a 289 or 302 engine, this oil pan kit is black paint coated for prevent corrosion and extend your engine’s lifespan.

When used with smooth rail oil pans, the rubber and steel construction creates a reliable seal to prevent leaks. The included oil pump pick up ensures proper flow and eliminates engine seizing risk by preventing contaminants from entering the engine. The Melling oil pump tube and screen is precision-engineered and built of high-quality materials for extreme durability. The oil pump tube and screen is also made to exceed OE specifications and protect your engine.
