Increase your 2021-2023 Ford F-150’s light output with a Diode Dynamics SS5 LED Pod Bumper Mounting Kit! This kit allows you to mount two SS5 LED pods on your factory bumper using a CAD-designed bracket built specifically to fit your truck’s factory mounting points. In addition to the high-quality bracket, you can choose to include a pair of SS5 pods in your kit. These pods come in several variations, including:

The Sport options use nine high-intensity LEDs to produce 40W of power, while the Pro options more than double the output with 90W of power, letting you choose exactly how much light you need. You also get to pick between driving lights and combo lights. The driving light options shine in a 30x20-degree spread, providing enough illumination for excellent visibility on the road without creating too much foreground light. The combo lights combine driving and flood optics, focusing a 30x20-degree driving beam downrange and filling the surrounding area with a 70x30-degree pattern for top-tier visibility.

The final choice you get to make is whether you want yellow or white lenses. The pods included in the white kits are equipped with backlights that feature eight different color options that you can alternate between by turning the power on and off. This eliminates the need for complex programming and controllers. However, the yellow kits only come with an amber backlight color due to the yellow lenses.

If you decide you want to include a pair of SS5 LED pods with your kit, you’ll receive an OEM auxiliary switch wiring harness that allows you to control the lights via the factory aux switch bank. If your truck isn’t equipped with the aux switch bank, the included heavy-duty wiring harness allows you to mount a switch and connect it directly to the battery. These pods are complete with interchangeable lenses that are easy to swap, giving you the freedom to modify the beam pattern and color to fit whatever your driving needs require!
