CJ Pony Parts' Deluxe Door Panel Kits come in a variety of factory-correct colors to accurately match your 1970 Mustang's interior. The main components of these kits are TMI's authentic, original-style reproductions of molded Deluxe/Mach1 door panels. These panels have lower carpet, inner beltline weatherstrip with molding, and door lock grommets already installed. CJ Pony Parts also includes door panel mounting kits which come with all the correct clips and screws for the installation of both Deluxe/Mach 1 door panels. All Mach 1 Mustangs had Deluxe interiors and used these door panels. Boss 302 and Boss 429 Mustangs were also available with the optional Deluxe interior which requires these door panels.

*TMI's door panels do not come with a remote mirror bezel for the driver side door panel. You must purchase one separately or reuse your original.

Although TMI's door panels are manufactured to resist moisture, a set of water shields is included in case your original shields are missing or damaged. To complete the look of Deluxe/Mach 1 door panels, a pair of Scott Drake wood grain inserts are included in your choice of Dark Walnut or Light Teak. A pair of stainless steel moldings is also included for the lower part of each door panel, just above the carpet. The wood grain inserts and moldings are exact reproductions of the original pieces for a beautiful fit and finish.

The Tri-Bar running pony emblems that are located on the wood grain inserts are included with every kit, featuring beautiful detail and a bright chrome finish with the correct paint coloring. Mounting hardware is included with each emblem for the driver and passenger side door panel. The included direct replacement door lights are made to replicate the original lights in every way. They feature chrome bezels and bright white lenses with the correct red reflectors. Mounting hardware is included for each door light.

To add some shine to the door panels, CJ Pony Parts included chrome door lock knobs, Deluxe door handle assemblies, and front window cranks. The side-specific door handles are reproductions and are ready to be installed right out of the box with the included pack of hardware. Each door panel will receive the correct door handle trim plate which fills the hole behind the chrome door handle. The front window cranks are die-cast and chrome-plated to give your interior a gorgeous shine. Each window crank comes with a knob to match the door panel and a mounting screw. Plastic washers are also included to protect the door panel from being worn by the window crank.

Finally, these kits come with the correct metal door panel cups and Scott Drake cup inserts. The door panel cups feature a pressure, die-cast zinc construction just like the originals, but are actually stronger for increased durability. The cup inserts have been carefully reproduced to match the exact texture, color, and fitment as the originals. Each insert features the correct original Ford part number molded into the underside.

Please Note: The ginger-colored door panel kits come with black components (door cups, cup inserts, handle trim plates) except for the window crank knobs which are actually ginger.
