This Intake Manifold is made from aluminum with a satin finish. It is designed for maximum horsepower and a broad torque curve. Its high-rise, dual-plane design provides single-plane power with dual-plane throttle response. If threads extend into the lifter valley or coolant passage, ensure that sealant is used on the intake bolt threads. The NPT/pipe thread feature a tapered style. This Intake Manifold (7101) is made in the USA!

*Do NOT use end seals gaskets. Do NOT overtighten NPT/pipe fittings.

Tech Tip: It is recommended to use Edelbrock AVS2 or Performer Series 650-800 cfm. Use bracket #8031 or #8036 for 1972-1978.

Please Note: Features provisions for an oil fill tube. Does not have provisions for exhaust heated or stock-style choke. Accepts late-model water necks, A/C, alternators, and H.E.I. Fits cast iron Chevy Bowtie heads but will not fit 1987 or later cast iron heads. Does not fit under a stock Corvette hood.
