They operate using a roller tip for smooth performance and not the high internal engine friction you're used to. They're precision CNC machined for an accurate 1.5:1 ratio, and then micro-polished and anodized red for durability.

When combined with a premium-quality Torrington needle bearing fulcrum, the roller tip will undoubtedly deliver the smooth performance you're after. The trunnion race, roller pin, and roller tip are centerless ground for superior quality.

Each Roller Rocker is made in the USA from 7129 grade aluminum for lightweight results. The Roller Rockers feature a full body design that can accommodate springs up to 1.65 inches in diameter. Also included are thick-walled adjusting nuts and 4140 steel poly locks for your convenience.

Tech Tip: Rocker geometry should be checked, making sure that the contact point of the roller remains properly on the valve tip and does not roll off the edge. Visual inspection of the rockers, valve springs, retainers, and pushrods should be made to ensure that none of these components come into improper contact with each other. If problems with valve train geometry occur, changes such as pushrod length may have to be made.
