Edelbrock Victor Jr. Port Matched Intake Manifold for 23-Degree Small Block Chevy

Edelbrock Part # 2900 Victor Jr. Port Matched intake manifold is excellent for many applications from drag to circle track racing. The Victor Jr. Port Matched manifold has CNC-blended port exits that match any competition head using Fel-Pro gasket #1206. The low-profile of the #2900 works well in applications with minimal hood clearance and where 1" or 2" spacers can be used for performance tuning. This intake manifold is a single-plane, high-rise intake designed for maximum race-winning power at higher engine speeds.

Installation Notes    

    Recommended intake gasket: Edelbrock # 7201 or Fel-Pro # 1206.
    No provisions for exhaust heated chokes or EGR.
    Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant # 1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.
    Optimum cylinder head port opening size should be as close as possible to the size of the gasket being used.
    Hardened washers Must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum.
    Sealant must be used on intake bolt threads if the threads extend into lifter valley or coolant passage.
    NPT/Pipe thread fittings require the use of Teflon tape or paste on threads to ensure proper seal.
    To ensure maximum performance and a proper seal, Edelbrock gaskets which are specifically designed and manufactured for use with Edelbrock parts must be used.
