This Fabtech (K2188) 6" Basic Lift System comes with heavy duty 1/4"-thick steel lower control arm crossmembers with an integrated front differential skid plate that offers added protection while increasing your F-150's front suspension strength! This system has extended length ductile iron steering knuckles that allow for the use of 18", 20" or 22" wheels. This system also comes with front spacers that use the factory coilover shock and Fabtech's Performance Twin Tube Shocks for the rear. These rear shocks are designed to work with Fabtech suspension systems for even better ride control and feature high velocity 9-stage valving that offers excellent dampening capabilities, plus a closed cell insert that reduces shock fade at high speeds.

Please Note: OEM wheels and tires cannot be used with this lift system.
