We’re here with a Ford performance pinion flange fitting your 2015 to 2017 Mustang Automatic. This pinion flange from Ford Performance can be used for a couple of different applications. Watch as this uses a direct replacement for a damaged pinion flange on your 2015 through 2017 Mustang with an automatic transmission. A more common use though is if you have a 2015 through 2017 auto and are converting to the cast iron differential from your factory cast aluminum, you buy the cast iron differential from Ford Performance, it comes with a pinion flange for a manual transmission and you have to convert over to an automatic before installing it. Again, this pinion flange is specifically for the automatic and will not work for the manual transmission.
