This Gibson Performance Exhaust Cat-Back Exhaust System bolts onto your 1996-2000 Chevrolet or GMC truck using factory-style hangers and hardware. It fits Regular Cabs with a 5.7L engine and is dyno-tested for at least 10 to 15 extra horsepower and 15 to 20 extra ft-lbs of torque.

The gains that come from this Cat-Back Exhaust System (615502) allow your truck to accelerate quicker over hills and past slower drivers, as well as tow some heavier cargo. It uses 3-inch mandrel bent tubing made from stainless steel, an 8-inch round muffler, and a round slash-cut exhaust tip. The chambered and baffled muffler has 2-1/2 inch dual inlets and a 3-inch offset outlet, plus a packing-free inside. The T304 stainless steel exhaust tip is polished to a shine and will exit behind the rear tire. Plus, it has an easy clamp-on installation.
