It allows your 2004-2010 Ford F-150 truck's 5.4L engine to breathe better and will create lower operating temperatures. It directly replaces the stock exhaust manifolds using your crossover pipe and OEM connections. It also comes with gaskets and hardware to make for a weld-free, bolt-on installation. These USA-made headers (GP218S-C) also feature 3/8-inch port flanges and a ceramic coating for heat protection.
