Hedman offers their 1-1/2” Longtube Headers t a direct replacement and upgrades for 1963-1979 4-Wheel Drive Chevrolet C10s with a 230-292 Inline Six Engine. These headers feature factory profile heads and dual exhaust outlets to perfectly fit and increase the performance of your inline-six engine. For maximum durability, each header is hand welded from smooth-flowing CNC mandrel bent steel tubes, making each pair identical in fitment and function. The 1-1/2” tube design provides excellent exhaust flow, allowing your engine to breathe easier, and produce more horsepower and torque when hitting the gas.
