ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System Tubular 2-3" Lift Sasquatch Bronco 2021-2024

This Stage 7 Suspension System by ICON Vehicle Dynamics features tubular upper control arms and a tubular rear link kit with an adjustable track bar. This design allows for caster correction with up to 90 degrees of free movement thanks to the built-in Delta Joint PRO, which accommodates your Bronco's newly lifted height! This USA-made system (K40017T) features a 100% bolt-on installation on 2021-2024 Ford Broncos.

The remote reservoir coilover shocks in this Stage 7 System from ICON feature increased shock oil volume with decreased temperature thanks to a larger surface. They also use CDC valves which allow you to get the perfect ride quality in any easy or tough scenario by controlling shock fluid flow under compression.

This Stage 7 System lifts your Bronco by 2 to 3 inches in the front and 1-1/4 to 2-1/4 inches in the rear over stock 4-door Sasquatch models. It also yields wheel travel up to 11-1/2 inches in the front and 14 inches in the rear.

The rear shafts are installed shaft-up and have triple-rate coil springs. The upper links are designed to clear your fuel tank at any time and have large FK rod ends. The track bar is made with dual-durometer greaseless bushings and an FK rod end, and is adjustable on-ride.

- When running ICON Tubular Lower Links use part #611073.
- Lift heights & app notes based on Sasquatch-equipped vehicles.
- Fitment testing is done with ICON & OE steering components. Due to tight clearances to front coilovers, certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
- Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for improved suspension performance and ride quality for a near-stock weight Bronco. Their softer initial spring rates will net lower than advertised ride heights as weight is added to the rear of the vehicle. For heavier-equipped Broncos, consider part number K40017TX.
- Bronco Everglades will have a front lift height range of 1-1/2" to 2-1/2" over stock.
- When used with 35X12.50 tires, this system provides up to 11-1/2" of front suspension travel and 14" rear. It can be used with 37" or larger when used with separate up-travel limiters.
