These tie rods feature a 30% increase in their diameter over the factory ones, providing more area for stress across the body. Each outer tie rod is made from forged steel while the inner ball studs are made from 4140 chromoly steel. The metal-on-metal ball joint design utilizes Grease Zerks for smooth operation over large obstacles or uneven terrain. The kit is designed to be installed around the factory wheel offset, so you won’t have any wheel rub. Completing the kit are new inner tie rod boots that protect the rack from dirt and debris.
