Tech Tip: Complete cleaning of your JK's door hinges are necessary for proper installation of these door hinge liners. Use light sandpaper to clean any rust or corrosion from the door-mounted hinge and also the body-mounted hinge after the original liners have been removed. If the new delrin liners do not slide easily into place, additional cleaning may be required. The new delrin bushings should be installed by hand, not with the removal tool.
