Like I said earlier, our truck came with chrome door handles. If your truck doesn't have them, take the PUTCO kit, peel off the cover to the 3M tape, and simply stick it on, but we won't be doing that, because we already have chrome door handles. The very first thing you want to do, is wipe down the whole area with alcohol. For this part of the handle cover, there are two different pieces that need to go together. As you can see, one has tabs, right here, and the other does not. They need to clip together when you install them, like so. To install them, you're going to line up the smaller hole with the front of the handle, and the bigger hole with the back of the handle. They're going to install, like this. Peel off the backing of the tape, for all three pieces of tape, and slide it on the truck. Press it on real good, install the other piece. Now, just repeat the process on the other three door handles, and your installation's finished.
All right, our PUTCO chrome door handle covers are installed. They look great, they match the OEM chrome nicely. Installation should take about 15 minutes, and before you know it, you'll be heading down the road.
