This Supercharger Upgrade Kit from Roush adds 50 horsepower overall and 28 lb-ft of torque when correctly added to the Phase 1 system, meaning your Ford truck will have 650 horsepower and 557 lb-ft torque. The entire kit consists of a smaller diameter 75mm pulley which increases boost, installs in minutes, and requires no belt replacement. The kit also comes with a Phase 2 calibration file that is delivered with an exclusive Roush Diagnostic Tool (RDT) Application.

The upgrade installs easily with a higher boost 75 mm supercharger pulley and a Roush Diagnostic Tool (RDT) Phase 2 re-flash voucher. The upgraded Phase 2 calibration can be downloaded to your ECU in minutes by your dealer.

Please Note: This Roush Phase 2 Supercharger Upgrade Kit can only be installed on 2015-2017 5.0L F-150s that are already equipped with the Roush Phase 1 Supercharger Kit (421983).

ATTENTION: Updated Operating System Requirements for the Roush Diagnostic Tool (RDT). The Technical Service Bulletin TSB 21-0802-AA has been issued by Roush. As of September 10, 2021, Windows 10 will be the ONLY operating system that will be supported by Roush Performance for the Roush Diagnostic Tool (RDT). Older operating systems, such as Windows 7 or earlier Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, etc.), will not be supported. All instances of RDT will need to be updated to the most current release. All previous versions of RDT will NOT be able to program or configure modules due to a software license time-out.

The updated minimum recommended PC Hardware Configuration will be:
