These custom light assemblies feature 56 super bright red LEDs and 12 white LEDs for backing up. The solid-state boards are designed for 7.7 - 14.0 VDC, and the assembly comes with an 1157 plug for the tail lamp and an 1156 plug for the backup light. The lens is made from high-quality polycarbonate, both red and white. The electronics are fully sealed and epoxy-coated to keep out moisture and protect them against damage from debris. The most interesting feature of this direct-fit replacement taillight is the sequential function which can be turned on or off by the flip of a switch (included). When the passenger and driver side lights are installed, braking activates both taillights to simultaneously blink in sequence together.
