Add aggressive looks and performance to your 1969-1970 Mustang with the addition of the all-new Economy Shaker Assembly! This Economy Shaker Assembly is designed to bolt up to any 1969-1970 Mustang equipped with a 289, 302 or 351 Cleveland small block engine.

The new Fiberglass Base is painted blue to resemble the factory base. Correct studs are molded to the base and nuts are included for mounting the base to the mid-plate. With the Fiberglass Base comes the addition of a Snorkel Delete Plate, which is also painted blue.

The Fiberglass Mid Plate is painted black. Taking in the cool, fresh air is a beautiful Air Cleaner assembly that comes with a new air filter element and a gorgeous chrome lid that sits inside the Fiberglass Base. Keeping a watertight seal around the Shaker is important to keep water out of the engine bay. That's why this assembly includes a Rubber Hood Seal that comes with a Drain Tube to allow excess water to escape. The Shaker Scoop features stealth looking matte black finish, as opposed to the factory-correct semi-gloss black finish with silver-painted fins on top.

Additional Notes:
- The Fiberglass Mid Plate does not come with holes pre-drilled for attachment to the Fiberglass Base.
- On the bottom of the Shaker Scoop, holes are not pre-drilled to attach the scoop to the mid-plate.
- Metal trim ring that mounts on the hood is NOT included.
- Hardware to attach the Snorkel Delete Plate and Shaker Scoop is NOT included, and must be sourced.

Tech Tip: This Small Block Shaker Assembly may require a taller than stock intake manifold or a taller air cleaner to properly fit on a 289/302 engine. High rise intakes may require the Big Block Shaker Assembly which is about 1/2" shorter.

We're here with economy shaker assemblies for your 1969 through 1970 Mustang. We offer two versions of our economy shaker assembly to fit '69 through '70 Mustangs. This version here is a low-rise version designed for your 390 or 428 big block, although you can used it with your small block when using a high- rise manifold such as an RPM air gap.

This is the high-rise version here that's designed to work with small block Ford in any '69 through '70 Mustang. Both the small block and big block version include the air cleaner assembly with the filter, a fiberglass baseplate, the plenum which would be drilled to fit the baseplate, drain, the fiberglass scoop, and the necessary seal. On all '69 through '70 Mustangs, you will have to cut the hood to use a shaker assembly. We do sell a template for doing so. We also sell precut hoods.

The shaker assembly is one of the most desirable options found on the '69 through '70 Mustang. With our economy kits, now you can add your own shaker to either your small block or big block Ford.
