This Vintage Air Gen 5 SureFit climate control kit is designed for 1973-1980 Chevy and GMC trucks and Blazers that were not originally equipped with factory air conditioning. The system uses a fully electronic, microprocessor-controlled design that eliminates cables and vacuum connections for more precise operation and long-term reliability. High-density aluminum heat exchangers and separate high-capacity air conditioning and heater coils provide strong performance while maintaining consistent airflow. Variable blower speed and smooth dash, floor, and defrost blending allow for better control of cabin temperature. This complete kit includes the evaporator assembly along with all required under-hood components such as the compressor, condenser, preformed refrigerant lines, drier, brackets, and hardware to complete the installation.
