Battery Tray 1967-1970 is rated 2.6666666666666665 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wouldn't buy again I ordered this tray because the higher priced one had delayed shipment. Received it and noticed it was adequately thick but crudely shaped. I hammered and dollied it. Then the test fit was off considerably. So I drilled the spot welds holding the two pieces together and installed the pieces separately and clamped together. Removed, welded, sandblasted, primered and repainted the tray. After all the work I am satisfied with it and it's plenty adequate but I would choose the more expensive one next time. To be fair about fit, my apron had been changed with a Dynacorn reproduction.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I bought this to put in my 67' and it arrived all bent up and almost unrecognizable. I was able to bend it back into shape so easily that I decided not to use it.

This is going to be a direct replacement made out of stamped steel, will bolt right where the factory tray goes in your 1967 through 1970 Mustang. This is designed to hold a group 24 battery and does not include the actual mounting hardware for the battery.
