Hi, will these fit straight into my 66 coupe 351w without any modifications to shock towers etc. It also has a 4speed manual transmission?

The shock towers must measure a minimum of 33-3/4” measured between the top of the shocks.You will also need this bracket ,http://www.cjponyparts.com/scott-drake-slave-cylinder-lowering-bracket-1965-1970/p/SCB/.
