which side is down next to the panel

Asked by: DocUsn
Picture is showing circuits, this side will go to the panel (rear of car, meaning driver could "see" circuits). Also picture is up side down, the two close connectors at center of circuits, in picture facing down, are turn signals connections and they go up instrument panel. Hope this helps.
