2005-2009 Mustang California Pony Cars Radiator Extension Covers

These Radiator Extension Covers from California Pony Cars will fit 2005-2009 V6/GT Mustangs.

Create a finished look under the hood of your 2005-2009 V6/GT Mustang with these Radiator Extension Covers from California Pony Cars. They feature easy installation and are designed to match the factory radiator support cover. These parts must be used with a hood strut kit, since there is no hole for the factory prop rod.

1. To begin installing your new Mustang CPC ENG-058-042 Radiator Cover Extensions, pop your hood. If you have not already done so, remove your factory prop rod by removing the one 10mm bolt holding it on.

2. There are two 10mm bolts on each side that will be used to secure the new Mustang radiator extensions. Find them and remove them: One is on the body and the other is holding the headlight.

3. Place the new California Pony Cars radiator extensions, making sure to align the holes in the extension over the holes from the bolts that you removed.

4. Using the supplied 10mm bolts, bolt down your extensions, putting two bolts on each radiator extension cover, in the same place where the old ones were removed earlier. The install of your new Mustang CPC Radiator Cover Extensions is now complete!
