2009 Mustang Parts
With a refresh coming to the S197 the next year, Ford left the 2009 Mustang practically unchanged from the previous year. Apart from some new wheel choices and the new (very cool but expensive) panoramic glass roof option, it was business as usual. With the United States dropping precipitously into one of the worst recessions of modern times, Mustang sales unsurprisingly declined heavily, to 46,420 units for the 2009 model year.
The GT500KR, and Bullitt models were still around for their last year of production in 2009, and certain models were available with 45th-Anniversary commemorative badging. The Warriors in Pink package that drove awareness and funds for breast cancer research was also an option for the 2009 model year, before being discontinued.
