Chris: The center cap is the GT350 Cobra-style center cap. Obviously it's functional unlike the original. I just want to do a demo, kind of get it installed. We've had a few complaints on customers that have had issues of the actual button popping out.
Bill: Okay. We want to show you the actual way this thing goes together. There is a trick putting it together. Chris is going to run you through that.
Chris: One of the problems that we've had customer complaints on is customers are trying to install the wheel onto the actual hub first and then trying to place the horn button in the center which is incorrect.
The proper way to install the horn button and the assembly in general, is first you need to remove the back of the button itself. It pops out. Careful, the spring will eject on you. Take the actual button assembly, attach it to the wires. Place it inside the hub assembly. Set the wheel on top of the hub which will lock in the back portion of that assembly. Go ahead and tighten down your Allen screws that are provided.
Next take the remaining portion of the horn button and make sure when you put it in to get the top of the spring into the back end here and the clips aligned on the inside. Not sure if you could see it or not. We'll go ahead and press that in. That'll pop in. Then stick your emblem on and make sure it gets centered.
Bill: Chris, the wheel looks great with a GT350 emblem. What other emblems are available for this wheel?
Chris: For anybody that isn't wanting to go with the GT350 look, we also have available just a standard, black horn button and a variety of different inserts to go along, a Mustang, Ford in general.
Bill: What year will these fit? I know you have adapters that fit a couple different years.
Chris: They fit a couple different years. This one's primarily '65,'66.
