Almost good...
They are OKAY speakers, they barely have any bass but are better than factory speakers. I recommend to get the other kick panels with the Pioneer 2-way 250 watt speakers. Much better sound quality, more powerful and much better bass. Spend $30 and get them --> http://www.cjponyparts.com/kick-panel-and-speaker-pioneer-upgraded-180-watt-kit-convertible-1965-1966/p/SPK15/

Great Idea
You will have to make a few adjustments on how you screw everything together but take your time & you'll get it. My speakers fit perfect & sounds great.

Quiet or a rattle, thats the choice.
They are for shallow speakers and the ones included are really tiny and still the magnet hits the steel structure of the car and pushes out on the plastic kick panel. They sound horrid, or the plastic will rattle, depending on the volume level. They need to be a thicker plastic and protrude out a bit further so you can use a real driver.
