Pair of UPR Stainless Steel Shifter Bushings for 1979-2004 Mustangs with a 5 or 6-Speed Manual Transmission.

Eliminate those sloppy shifts and get the feeling of those high end shifters for a fraction of the cost with UPR's Stainless Steel Shifter Bushings. These bushings replace the stock rubber bushings in your shifter handle for faster shifts and a more positive feel from your shifter handle.

Machined from Stainless Steel not Aluminum like other brands that would lead you to believe that using aluminum on this part is acceptable even though it takes a lot of abuse. Installs in 10 minutes or less.

Very easy installation on a stock Borg Warner T-5. Much more positive, direct feeling shifts. The only noted downside is a slight amount of vibration transmitted through the shifter that previously, the original rubber damper design filtered out. Easily worthwhile and one of the least costly mods you can do to your 'Stang.
