1974 Mustang Parts

The 1974 Mustang was 19 inches shorter and 490 pounds lighter than the previous generation. The car's platform was based on the Pinto, with the new Mustang’s parts using aspects of European automotive design. In addition to these changes, this Mustang year also added two new engine options: a 4-cylinder and a V6.

Compared to modern standards, these engines are severely underpowered. Swap your stock with one of our aftermarket crate engine options to make the most of your ride’s lightweight design and increase overall performance. We also feature replacement and aftermarket kits and parts to rebuild or replace your interior, transmission, sheet metal, and more.

Whether you’re heading in the direction of a restomod, racing build, or authentic restoration, we’re standing by ready to help you complete your Mustang II project.

Not the year you are looking for? Check out these years: 1975, 1976, 1977, or 1978 for additional options.
