1978 Mustang Parts

The 1978 Mustang was the final production year for the Mustang II generation. This was celebrated with the addition of the Fashion Accessory package and the King Cobra package. The Fashion Accessory package focused solely on comfort, appealing more to the daily-driving crowd than the racing crowd. However, this package was offset by the 302 V8 engine, performance suspension system, and Goodrich tires included in the King Cobra package.

Whether your 1978 Mustang is stock or equipped with one of the factory packages, we offer kits and components to help you keep your ride in peak condition. Our direct-fit replacement options are easy to install and use the factory specs for complete authenticity. We also feature upgrades for your Mustang II such as crate engines, aftermarket carburetors, and EFIs. These parts are a perfect way to maximize your ride’s performance and put as much power to the ground as possible.

Not the year you are looking for? Check out these years: 1974, 1975, 1976, or 1977 for additional options.
