1983 Mustang Brakes

Keeping the brakes on your 1983 Mustang in peak condition is essential to maintaining control when cruising down the highway. While replacing the pads and shoes in accordance with your Fox's maintenance schedule is a great practice, there are plenty of other components that also require a periodic refresh.

In order to properly maintain your stock brake system, new lines, hoses, cables, and seals are a surefire way to stay safe. But, if you're ready to take your Mustang to the track, swapping out the factory rear drum brakes for a set of aftermarket disc brakes is the way to go.

Whatever you're building your Fox to do, our selection of high-quality parts and components from brands like Baer Brakes, Maximum Motorsports, and Ford Performance are sure to fit the bill!
