1984 C10 Parts

The 1984 C10 was part of Chevy's second generation of C/K trucks. Known as the “boxy-body” or “square-body” generation, these trucks had a wider, boxier design. Rounded wheel well corners, windshield, and door frames balanced out the square body.

Classic trucks may get more popular as time goes on, but time won't do your truck any favors. If your truck has been sitting or needs extra attention, the right 1984 C10 parts will get you on the road again.

New engine components will ensure that your truck is up and running in no time. Replacing your motor mount reduces vibration by securing your engine in place. If your battery isn’t keeping a charge, a new alternator will do the trick. Some alternators have a higher amperage output to ensure all your lights, pumps, and other accessories work.

A good next step in your restoration is to replace rusty spots with new body and sheet metal. Repair panels constructed from heavy-duty steel offer extra durability and rust protection. These kinds of fixes usually require some welding though.

Protect your engine area by investing in hood and hood components. Replace any worn hinges to restore proper hood alignment.

If there’s a lot of noise coming from the engine bay, you can install hood insulation. Hoodliners will reduce road noise and vibration as well as provide thermal protection. Self-adhesive backing allows for an easy peel-and-stick installation.

Aftermarket 1984 Chevy truck parts will help you complete your build, whether you’re fixing up your classic truck for an upcoming show or a simple joy ride.
