aFe Axle-Back Exhaust System Takeda 3" Stainless Steel With 4-1/2" Carbon Fiber Tips Focus RS 2016-2018

Unsure if you want a loud cat-back racing exhaust or a neighborhood friendly exhaust for your Ford Focus? Introducing the aFe Stainless Steel 3" Takeda Axle-Back Exhaust System 49-33104-C With 4-1/2" Carbon Fiber Tips For 2016, 2017, and 2018 Focus RSs that includes the active exhaust valve for sound adjustability. This Mig Welded system is durable and flexible to the driver's needs.

This Takeda axle-back by aFe delivers dyno-proven performance. Made of mandrel bent 304 stainless-steel, the system features black metallic heat resistant coating on its muffler and 3" into dual 2-1/2" steel tubing for maximum flow and corrosion resistance. Once you get your Focus RS started, you can adjust the sound of your exhaust thanks to its factory style active exhaust valve. This system is finished off with aFe branded 4-1/2" carbon fiber exhaust tips for a sleek appearance. 

The high flow stainless steel muffler has a 14" body length overall with a 6" diameter. CJ Pony Parts understands the importance of powder coating, which is why this high temperature metallic black powder coating is added on to help prevent corrosion. The factory hangers are used, and all hardware is included for a hassle-free project, however, installation requires cutting the factory exhaust system in front of the rear axle.

The system features a factory style active exhaust valve in order to achieve sound adjustability, and this relies on the (not included) valve motor. The valve helps regulate, direct, and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on throttle position and factory performance mode for control of sound and performance. Dual 4-1/2" diameter carbon fiber clamp-on exhaust tips finish off the system and are a perfect fit under your Focus RS. The tips are fitted with an aFe POWER Motorsport custom logo. The Axle Back Exhaust System is 100% Mig Welded for race proven strength and durability.

Please Note: Installation requires cutting the factory exhaust system in front of the rear axle.
