The BladeRunner Intercooler Tube is constructed out of 3-1/2" and 3" Aluminum Tubing that is mandrel bent for increased air flow and reduced turbulence. Once the BladeRunner Cold Side Intercooler Tube is fully welded a 1/8" NPT Port is tapped into the tube so you can install a pressure sensor or a water-methanol injection system. A wrinkle black powder coat finish is applied that is heat resistance.
aFe includes a pair of 5-Ply polyester reinforced silicone couplers for added strength. Stainless Steel clamps hold the silicone coupler to the BladeRunner Cold Side Intercooler Tube. AFe gives you the option of installing this BladeRunner Cold Side Intercooler Tube on an aFe Intercooler or a Stock Raptor Intercooler.
