The international version of the Mustang comes with the clear "Euro" lenses and even emits a pinkish hue when the lights are turned on. If this bothers you, the solution will easily make your international pony look like very similar the US-Spec version. For the lenses that are not clear, this kit (18FM_REU) includes the appropriate smoked tint to complete the custom look.
