Anderson uses superior wet carbon fiber and a set of six (6) mesh screens to create an aggressively-styled hood that will immediately make the front end of your pony pop. The lightweight hood is durable and features a high gloss finish on both sides. It will re-use your original stock hardware and mounting points for a quick and easy install.

*This hood is NOT designed for use with 2015+ Shelby GT350/GT350R or 2020+ Shelby GT500 Mustangs.
*We do NOT recommend installing this hood on models manufactured for sale outside of the US due to the factory integrated active hood safety feature that is built into the OE hood hinges on those Mustang models.

Tech Tips: It is highly recommended to use an automotive clear coat with UV inhibitors to prolong the life and finish of the hood. Anderson Composites also strongly recommends the use of hood pins and the installation of a heat shield. Re-installing or installing a Hood Lift Kit is not suggested when using an aftermarket hood, please use the factory hood prop rod.

Additional Notes:
- Fitment locations for the OE windshield washer spray nozzles are not provided due to the four-inch cowl hood design.
- Anderson Composites requires the use of heat shields with their hoods. If a customer chooses not to install a proper heat shield capable of withstanding ambient temperatures of up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, damages to the hood may occur and wont be covered under Anderson Composites 6 month appearance guarantee
