This "Super Snake" influenced hood features a functional scoop and heat extractors, for reduced underhood temperatures. This hood is crafted from high-grade wet carbon fiber. A high-gloss finish gives it a gorgeous shine. This is a direct-fit replacement for your S550's factory hood. It uses OE mounting locations and hardware. No other modifications are necessary.

Tech Tip: Anderson Composites does not suggest re-installing gas shocks/dampers/struts and recommends the use of a hood prop rod. They also recommend the use of hood pins for safety reasons and strongly advise installing a heat shield on the underside of this hood.

Please Note:
- It is highly recommended to use an automotive clear coat with UV inhibitors to prolong the life and finish of the product.
- This hood will NOT fit the GT350 or GT350R.
- This hood does NOT allow the use of 2016 OE hood turn signals.
- We do NOT recommend installing this hood on models manufactured for sale outside of the US due to the factory-integrated active hood safety feature that is built into the OE hood hinges on those models.
- Anderson Composites requires the use of heat shields with their hoods. If a customer chooses not to install a proper heat shield capable of withstanding ambient temperatures of up to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, damages to the hood may occur and won't be covered under Anderson Composites' 6-month appearance guarantee.
