This ARP 154-5602 Black Moly 4-Bolt Main Stud Kit is specifically designed to work with the windage tray equipped Boss 302 engine in your classic 1969-1970 Mustang. This hardware kit will cover your restoration, rebuild or new build needs.
To ensure you are getting extremely durable and strong hardware ARP has utilized black moly construction. The black finishing coat makes your new hardware rust and corrosion resistant. Hex head nuts are included in this kit to ease the installation process along with fastener assembly lubricant to the same ends. All the hardware in this kit is manufactured in the good ol’ US of A.

Tech Tip: ARP recommends using the ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant as opposed to motor oil or other low quality lubricants. This is due to higher friction on the studs as well as inconsistencies in the clamping force of the fasteners when insufficient lubricants are used.
Please Note: While following the manufacturers recommended torque sequence, tighten the nuts to the ARP recommended torque specifications using ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant.
