Have you noticed that your 1967-1969 Mustang darts in an unexpected direction during a simple maneuver, like hard braking or cornering? If so, you're likely experiencing bumpsteer as a result of lowering your pony or altering its caster and camber. Eliminate bumpsteer while optimizing steering geometry with the help of Baer's Bumpsteer Kit 3261002.
Features and Benefits:
- Hardened Chrome-Moly Pins
- Teflon-Lined Chrome-Moly Spherical Bearings
- Aluminum Sleeves
- Eradicates Bumpsteer
By allowing compensation for ride height and suspension geometry changes, the pin-height-adjustable tie rods allow a more optimal range of articulation between the tie rod and the steering arm. Adjusting the tie rod height is as easy as moving the steel spacers from top to bottom on either side of the spherical bearings.
Kit Includes:
- Pair of Tapered Pins
- Shim Set
- Pair of Teflon-Lined Heims
- Nylock, Lock Nuts for Pin End and Jam Nuts as Needed per Application
