Not only is the light bar waterproof up to 9’ underwater and pressure washable, but it’s also impact resistant. This comes from its IP69K rating and compliance to IK10 standards, the latter of which means it’s thoroughly impact tested. For surface protection, however, a hard anodized coating that meets military specifications is employed on the housing. A similarly hard coat is applied on top of the polycarbonate lenses, making for a highly durable construction all around. As a bonus, it has overvoltage protection built in.
