This low-profile crate engine (BP38318CTCV) adds loads of horsepower and torque for excellent power gains and a sleek look under the hood. It is designed for vehicles with low firewall or hood clearance, utilizing a maximum air cleaner height of 11.5" measuring from the block end rail. It is also deluxe dressed, including a distributor, spark plug wires, vintage orange valve covers, and more!

- Air cleaner has a maximum height of 11.5" when measured from block end rail (horizontal sealing surface under the intake manifold).
- The aftermarket intake manifold installed on this engine may not be compatible with OEM accessory brackets that use intake mounted bosses.
- The performance aluminum cylinder heads on this engine feature a 0.500 raised port vs OEM.
