BluePrint Engines Base Dressed 500-Horsepower Carbureted GM 400 Small-Block Crate Engine with a Black Pulley Kit.
Built for muscles cars that can handle track time, this engine balances classic attitude with serious power. The GM 400 small-block crate engine features a forged steel crankshaft and forged pistons. Their combined power lets the block run a 10.3:1 compression ratio hassle-free. Plus, BluePrint Engines packed it with a slick black pulley kit for extra good looks.

Additional Notes:
- Not designed for EGR use.
- The cylinder heads feature a .500" raised exhaust port vs OEM casting. Please verify header and exhaust clearance prior to installation.
- The aftermarket intake manifold installed on this engine may not be compatible with OEM accessory brackets that use intake-mounted bosses.
- The front accessory drive does NOT fit Corvette models.
- The front accessory drive fits many vehicles, however it is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure and confirm fitment. Note that this is a low-profile design, but things such as power steering hoses, alternator wiring, and additional fittings/fabrication may be required on some vehicles.
