CJ Classics USA Made Primary Distributor Lead Wire for 1965, 1966 and 1967 Mustangs with a 289 Engine.

Is your 289 Engine not running like it should? Replace your brittle primary distributor lead wire with this high quality reproduction from CJ Classics. This wire sends power from the distributor to the coil regulating the proper current flow to let everything run properly.

Features:
- Fits 289 Engines
- Correct Size Eyelet Connector
- Rubber Grommet
- Fork Style Connector

Please Note: This Primary Distributor Lead Wire will not work on Hi-Po 289 Mustangs.

This wire goes through the distributor and gets mounted to the coil of your 289 Engine. The rubber grommet is designed to seal the distributor preventing debris from entering it. The fork style connector connects to the points in the distributor. The eyelet connector gets mounted to the coil.

I received your lead wire for distributor on my 1967 ford mustang 390 cu.in. and it doesn't fit. the package I received the wire in says for a 289 cu in. but your add did not mention any size engine.it just showed the year why?

This part only fits 289s. We're updating our description to reflect that. We apologize for not having the details you needed on our site.
