The Monte Carlo bar was developed by Carroll Shelby to stop shock tower flex and maintain proper wheel alignment during hard cornering. This extra support also helps prevent shock tower stress cracks. This upgraded support bar is crafted from high-quality metal and comes with beautiful chrome plating to add some extra class to your engine bay.

Tech Tip: The curved design of this Monte Carlo bar allows for extra clearance for oval air cleaners and aftermarket distributors. A straight Monte Carlo bar (MCB42) is also available.
